These Terms of Service constitute the agreement between natural persons using the Koza application ("User") and Kılınç Labs ("Developer"). By downloading or starting to use the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Koza is a digital tracking and support application that provides parents with the following features:
The daily insights, weekly reports, AI assistant answers, and nutrition suggestions provided by the application are for informational purposes only. These outputs:
Kılınç Labs cannot be held responsible for any health problems that may arise as a result of decisions made based on AI recommendations.
The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) included in the application is a validated clinical screening tool but does not constitute a medical diagnosis. Test results are indicative only. A high-risk result does not necessarily mean you must consult a mental health specialist; a low-risk result does not mean depression is absent.
If you experience any psychological symptoms or feel concerned, please consult a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. In crisis situations:
The vaccination schedule presented in the application is based on the Turkish Ministry of Health's expanded immunization program. However, each child's health condition may vary. Always consult your pediatrician for vaccination decisions.
Growth percentile charts are based on World Health Organization (WHO) reference data. Percentile results alone do not indicate nutritional disorders, developmental delays, or any other health conditions. Consult your pediatrician for evaluation.
The application design, user interface, brand name, logos, content, Turkey vaccination schedule arrangement, milestone catalog, EPDS question design, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Kılınç Labs.
The baby and mother's health data entered by the user belong to the user; Kılınç Labs processes this data only for service delivery purposes. The user can delete their data at any time (see Privacy Policy Section 9).
Koza offers a subscription model that requires a one-time payment after registration. All core features of the application require a subscription. There is no free usage option.
Prices are charged through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Prices in international markets may vary according to the relevant platform's exchange rate and tax policy.
The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial period. No charges are made during the trial period. If not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews and the first charge is collected.
All subscriptions automatically renew. The subscription will continue to renew according to the plan you selected unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel your subscription:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You can continue using the application until the end of the period.
Refund requests are made directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Kılınç Labs does not have refund authority for purchases made through these platforms; the refund decision is entirely the responsibility of the relevant platform.
Kılınç Labs may temporarily suspend, update, or completely terminate the service without prior notice. Important changes to the Terms of Service will be announced to users via in-app notification or email.
Kılınç Labs may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior warning. Users can permanently delete their accounts from within the application at any time. The deletion process cannot be undone.
Koza is provided on an "as-is" basis. Kılınç Labs is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, errors or inaccuracies in AI outputs, EPDS screening results, growth chart calculations, vaccination reminders, or decisions made regarding baby/mother's health.
The maximum liability is limited to statutory obligations and the total subscription fee paid by the user to Koza in the last 12 months.
